Alexandria Shipyard delivered Al Horia (3), a 9,000-ton roll-on/roll-off ship, on 31 August 2026. The 173-meter vessel can carry 103 trailers, 641 cars, and 755 containers, representing the shipyard's third Ro-Ro vessel and a significant achievement in Egyptian shipbuilding.

Alexandria Shipyard launched the second tugboat Ismailia 2 for the Suez Canal Authority on 18 December 2025. The 71.6-metre tugboat has a tugging force of 190 tons and 16-knot speed. It is one of two contracted vessels built in Egypt with international partners including Kongsberg and MAN.

Alexandria Shipyard launched pontoon No. 3 for a floating bridges project on 30 November 2025. The pontoon, 85 m long and 15 m wide, is part of a contract to build six units for the Suez Canal Authority as part of Egypt's Sinai reconstruction initiative.
